The DCMMS facility maintenance software solution tracks facility assets by location and type of asset and provides recommended manufacturer preventative maintenance schedules for many standard facility asset types. After establishing the client assets inventory in the DCMMS database PTS tracks all assets on a daily basis for upcoming preventive maintenance schedules. When a task approaches PTS service management personnel establish work orders for implementation by PTS service technician staff and track to closure. Work orders are tracked by asset, asset type, and facility to build a history for each device which can be reviewed in the system or analyzed offline.
