PTS Data Center Solutions Expands, Upgrades Facilities
Franklin
Lakes, N.J. - PTS Data Center Solutions, a
leading data center and
computer room design firm,
announced the completed expansion and reorganization of its
corporate headquarters in Franklin Lakes,
New Jersey.
The expanded facilities doubled the amount of useable office and
warehouse space available to the design and consulting firm.
Reorganization of the facilities also enabled PTS to accommodate
for a staff increase of up to 300%. This growth potential allows
the firm to meet the needs of the next three to five years.
As
part of the expansion project, PTS Data Center Solutions also
upgraded its computer room in July 2006 to include a chilled
water, in-row air conditioning system. The computer room hosts
PTS' live environment, serves as an environment to evaluate new
support infrastructure technologies and operates as a
demonstration center for potential clients to see PTS' work
first-hand.
Features of the cooling system include:

APC RC series in-row air conditioner,

A
modified MultiAqua chilled water condenser, and

A
jointless, PEX-type chilled water piping system.
