Preventing failures in mission-critical facilities infrastructure requires a holistic approach including effective planning, design, construction, commissioning, implementation, asset management, monitoring, maintenance, and predictive analysis.
Striking a balance amongst these eight areas is critical to maintain 100% uptime for data center facility assets. The PTS Data Center Maintenance Management service provides support for asset management, monitoring, maintenance, and predictive analysis. The service may include any combination of all four components.

Data Center Maintenance Management Software (DCMMS):
At the top view, users can manage facility and/or IT assets across any
number of data centers, drill down visually to a particular data center
and manage maintenance schedules across various assets types.
At the core of providing any of these levels of service is PTS’ purpose-built
Data Center Maintenance Management Software (DCMMS) solution. This software allows PTS to effectively and efficiently manage and track maintenance activities, service histories, warranties, service contracts, parts inventory, work orders, and other details for all assets under Data Center Managed Maintenance support.
After documenting and establishing a process for tracking and maintaining facility assets, PTS can assign a data center facility maintenance expert for infrastructure, contractor, and entitlement management of the data center facility itself. Moving from basic oversight, PTS can provide periodic onsite inspections as well as part- or full-time facility management personnel. This allows clients to focus on other mission critical activities such as IT management and maintenance, budgeting, or build-outs. Our premier service, Level 6, includes complete 7x24x365 onsite support and management.
We accomplish delivering professional maintenance management by first developing a custom Data Center Maintenance Plan for the site and then implementing it. We follow this by scheduling the maintenance services, inspecting the work on a regular basis, and tracking these activities in DCMMS. Finally, we maintain all records on a real-time basis to ensure a detailed portfolio maintenance related documentation exists, such as asset tracking, maintenance records, maintenance procedures, contact lists, service contracts, warranties, ‘as-built’ drawings, and more.
